Villa Andor is organizing a series of special enogastronomic dinners which will take place every last Tuesday of the month; each time we will host a different wine producer who will present his wines in combination with four culinary delicacies.

This month we will present the wine cellar Korenika.

Shrimps with orange salad;
Rose' 2009

Rice with sea frog, pine seeds and mint;
Malvazija 2009

Mackerel fish in refosko wine, bundle with chard and barley;
Refošk 2009

Sweet egg with asparagus;
Sladki muškat 2009

Guests will receive an evaluation sheet to fill in with their scores and opinions about the wine and food.

At the end of the evening the wine producer and our main chef will comment the scores and answer questions.

The participation to the evening is upon nominal invitation*.
