| ENOGASTRONOMIC EVENING, TUESDAY 29th MARCH 2011 AT 8 PM |

Villa Andor is organizing a series of special enogastronomic dinners which will take place every last Tuesday of the month; each time we will host a different wine producer who will present his wines in combination with four culinary delicacies. In March we will present the wine cellar Goriška Brda. The professional introduction of their wines will be made by the wine producer Davorin Rejec. The menu' consists of: Anchovies filled with smoked cheese; Garganelli* with clams and chickpeas; Steamed boar in Cabernet with forest fruits and potatoes; Carrot cake with jasmine and mint; *a type of pasta Guests will receive an evaluation sheet to fill in with their scores and opinions about the wine and food. At the end of the evening the wine producer and our main chef will comment the scores and answer questions. The participation to the evening is upon nominal invitation*.
