Villa Andor is organizing a series of special enogastronomic dinners which will take place every last Tuesday

of the month; each time we will host a different wine producer who will present his wines in combination with

four culinary delicacies.

This month we will present the wine cellar Ronk. The professional introduction of their wines will be made by

the wine producer Davor Kristančič. The menu offers:

Chardonnay 2009
Fish aspic with vegetables on lettuce

Beli Pinot 2009
Vegetable cream with smoked bass, red radicchio and apples

Cabernet Franc 2008
Artichokes and potatoes timbale in cuttlefish gravy

Merlot 2007
Chocolate foam with raspberry ice cream

At the end of the evening the wine producer and our main chef will comment the scores and answer questions.

The participation to the evening is upon nominal invitation*.

Price for the evening: 25,00 € per person (including food and beverage)
