Villa Andor is organizing a series of special enogastronomic dinners which will take place every last Tuesday of the month; each time we will host a different wine producer who will present his wines in combination with four culinary delicacies.
This month we will present the wine cellar Bregar from Kojsko (Goriška Brda). The professional introduction of their wines will be made by the wine producer Andrej Srebernič while we will be serving the following menu:
Broccoli foam with boiled squids and crunchy bread (combined with Rumena Rebula 2009)
Blueberry lasagna with cod cream and brill (combined with T.F. 2009 (Tokai wine from the Italian region of Friuli))
Cabbage bundles filled with gilt-head bream, salvia, pepper cream and backed potatoes (combined with Sauvignon 2009)
Bread pancakes filled with sheep cottage cheese and acacia honey (combined with Malvasia 2009)
Guests will receive an evaluation sheet to fill in with their scores and opinions about the wine and food.
At the end of the evening the wine producer and our main chef will comment the scores and answer questions.
The participation to the evening is upon nominal invitation*.
